Apartment Building Cleaning
Apartment Building Cleaning is a regular service we provide for apartment houses in Martin, Priekopa, Vrútky and surroundings. Our goal is cleanliness where you live and satisfaction of the residents. This service also includes seasonal window cleaning in common areas and cleaning of basement areas. Entrances to apartment buildings are usually cleaned once a week. When washing floors and stairs, we regularly change the water and mop pads.
The scope of cleaning work, frequency and final price can only be determined after a free price evaluation of the building. If cleaning in your apartment building has not been working for a long time and you want to change that, please contact us.
Weekly:
- maintaining cleanliness in the close area of the entrance (mat, staircase, adjacent walkway)
- washing entrance doors and glass panels
- washing elevator walls and floors
- sweeping and washing floors and stairs on the ground floor, upper floors, and intermediate floors
- dusting the mats in front of apartments
- wiping and disinfecting handrails on staircases
- removing flyers and litter from common areas
Half-yearly:
- dusting hydrants, fire extinguishers, mailboxes, and doorbells
- removal of cobwebs
- window cleaning in common areas
- vacuuming basement areas and pram storage rooms
Yearly:
- cleaning the supporting part of the handrail
- cleaning of lighting
- washing basement windows from the outside

All the above prices are indicative. Prices include cleaning products and equipment, labour costs and transport. Transportation within Martin and a 10km radius is free of charge. During holidays and weekends we work with an extra charge of 20% of the order price. The pricing is valid from 01.01.2025. We are not VAT payers.
