Housekeeping
Housekeeping is a regular cleaning service that relieves owners of cottages, chalets, Airbnb apartments, hostels and pensions from the need for regular cleaning after guests leave. We try to provide these cleaning services immediately after guests leave so that the accommodation is available for new guests as soon as possible. When cleaning, we pay particular attention to thoroughness so that the next guests have the best impression of a clean environment upon arrival.
When preparing a bid, we take into account the size and layout of the accommodation, the presence of a sauna, hot tub or swimming pool, and the costs associated with transport and cleaning supplies. The final price is the amount for one cleaning of the property. In case of excessive dirt, a surcharge may be applied.
Standard cleaning tasks:
- change of bed linen and towels
- garbage collection, emptying ashtrays and dustbins
- dusting furniture and surfaces up to a height of 1.7 m
- vacuuming and washing floors and staircases
- washing and disinfection of bathrooms and toilets
- washing dishes and cleaning the sink
- washing the outside of the kitchen cabinets, kitchen countertops, appliance surfaces, and dining table and chairs
- cleaning of sauna, whirlpool or swimming pool
- tidying up the terrace, summerhouse
- replenishment of hygiene and other supplies
- checking the functionality of appliances and the condition of housing equipment

All the above prices are indicative. Prices include cleaning products and equipment, labour costs and transport. Transportation within Martin and a 10km radius is free of charge. During holidays and weekends we work with an extra charge of 20% of the order price. The pricing is valid from 01.01.2025. We are not VAT payers.
