Deep Cleaning Martin
Deep Cleaning Martin is a one-time service where we use professional cleaning techniques and procedures to rid your house, apartment, office, or new building of all possible dirt, deposits, mold, bacteria, limescale, grease, dust, cobwebs, and waste. This service is recommended in the following cases:
– General Cleaning,
– Post-construction Cleaning
– Move-in & Move-out Cleaning
– Extremely Dirty Households
– Cleaning after a deceased person.
The final price can be only determined after inspection of the area. In case of excessive waste or dirt, a surcharge will be applied. Window Cleaning or Upholstery Cleaning will be priced separately.
Cleaning includes:
- removal of waste, dust, dirt and cobwebs
- deep cleaning and disinfection of bathrooms and toilets
- deep cleaning of the kitchen and appliances
- cleaning of tables and chairs
- vacuuming, washing and disinfection of floors and staircases
- washing and disinfection of doors, door frames, handles and switches
- cleaning of terrace, balcony or loggia

All the above prices are indicative. Prices include cleaning products and equipment, labour costs and transport. Transportation within Martin and a 10km radius is free of charge. During holidays and weekends we work with an extra charge of 20% of the order price. The pricing is valid from 01.01.2025. We are not VAT payers.
