Commercial cleaning Martin is provided mainly for small and medium-sized companies, for which it is more efficient to hire an external company instead of looking for their own employees for these positions. Our regular cleaning services for companies also include window cleaning and other seasonal activities that only need to be performed a few times a year. Upon agreement, we can fully include the delivery of cleaning supplies and hygiene materials in our services. Our goal is to maintain the quality of our cleaning services and the trust of our clients in the long term.
When preparing bids , we take into account the size and complexity of the area to be maintained, the frequency of cleaning, the scope of seasonal activities, and the cost of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Regular commercial cleaning includes:
- keeping the area in front of the entrance clean
- washing entrance doors and glass surfaces
- cleaning and disinfection of social facilities (kitchen, toilet)
- cleaning offices and meeting rooms
- vacuuming and washing floors and staircases
- replenishment of hygiene supplies
- taking out the trash
Seasonal cleaning tasks:
- washing windows and blinds
- sweeping cobwebs
- cleaning the basement or storage room

All the above prices are indicative. Prices include cleaning products and equipment, labour costs and transport. Transportation within Martin and a 10km radius is free of charge. During holidays and weekends we work with an extra charge of 20% of the order price. The pricing is valid from 01.01.2025. We are not VAT payers.
